(i) These terms and conditions apply to the “Smartphone” programme for consumers (hereinafter referred to as ” Contest”) sponsored and launched by PVMI wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the Batch Code printed on the pack to a 7090670906. Participants will get a revert SMS with a confirmation of participation.
(ii) The contest is valid only in India from 07/02/2021 to 14/04/2021 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”). The period from 09:00 a.m. on 12th January 2021 to 09:00 p.m. on 6th February 2021 is the ‘Pre-Contest Period’
For Tamil Nadu region, contest is valid from 14/02/2021 to 14/04/2021 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”). The period from 09:00 a.m. on 12th January 2021 to 09:00 p.m. on 13th February 2021 is the ‘Pre-Contest Period’
(iii) For Pre-Contest Period:

From the Valid Entries received, the first response describing their love for Center Fresh will be considered for evaluation.
Each entry from Tamil Nadu eligible for evaluation will be evaluated on the basis of creativity, ingenuity and imagination of the response received by an independent auditor appointed by the Organizers.
A total of 64 winners will be announced for all entries received during Pre-Contest Period.
